REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  For small power tools there is a free estimate.

For larger equipment/ machines, estimate fee is $30.00 paid upon agreement. If the customer decides to proceed with the repair, the fee is then deducted from the cost of the repair. When the customer does not go ahead with the repair, then the estimate fee is not refundable.

  All un-repaired equipment and tools are returned disassembled. Request can be made to have tools returned assembled in the conditon as they came in for additional fee of $20.00 and larger equipment: $30.00

  Tools left for service will be torn down and evaluated by a technitian. Tools will be repaired as long as the estimated total does not exceed the estimated maximum amount authorized. If the repair needed exceeds that amount, customer will be contacted and approval will be required.

  All tools will be tested for electrical continuity, dielectric breakdown and leakage.

  Any power cords or plugs with damage will be replaced. 

  All non repaired tools will not be re-assembled

  Tools left longer than four weeks after repair or estimate are completed, will incur storage fee of $10.00 per week

  If you do not want proceed with the repair, you will have 30 days to pick up un-repaired tools, or those will be disposed of. 

  Repaired tools left over 60 days will be sold or disposed of.
